I have been eating ice cream for dinner. I hate it. I just want to chew and have vegetables and fruit and bread and pasta. I could go on and on. But instead I basically choke down ice cream to increase my calories since I am still working out.
I should love ice cream, and I do, but not for dinner. Not when I have to eat it because I have so few options.
I know others will probably be jealous or think things like oh poor girl, you have to eat ice cream. But it is getting to me.
